With a 20mm (0.79”) thickness and width, the FSC- certified premium wooden frame has a wider profile compared to our classic frame of 14mm (0.55”). It will be a striking presence on your walls.

Our Plexiglass material provides a flawless protective layer that allows your creativity to shine while safeguarding against damage. Available in a range of thicknesses, from 1.0-1.2 mm (0.04"-0.05") for small to medium sizes, and a sturdier 2.0-2.5 mm (0.08"-0.1") for larger dimensions, your art is safe in our frames.

Our matte paper is uncoated and natural white (off-white). The 250 gsm/ 110lb paper is perfect for fine art, designed to last for years without losing its original beauty.

With alkaline papermaking technology, this poster is acid-free, meaning the pH of the pulp that is used to form the paper is above 7 (neutral). The paper is also buffered with an alkaline reserve, such as calcium carbonate, to neutralize acid compounds absorbed from the atmosphere or formed through natural aging. This ensures that your poster will last many years without any yellowing or discoloration.

Our poster is free from or low in OBA (optical brightener additives). This ensures that the natural white color of the paper remains consistent under different lighting conditions. In contrast, the color of papers that contain optical brighteners can shift depending on the light source. Additionally, the color of OBA-free paper remains more consistent over time, so you can enjoy the poster for years without any shifts.

We use FSC-certified paper and frame or equivalent certifications depending on regional availability. It’s better for the people and the planet.

Each poster and frame is shipped in robust packaging, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition.

Paper sizes may vary slightly by region. For the US and Canada, the measurement is in inches, while for the rest of the world, it is in centimeters.

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the product you have received get in touch within 30 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order to your customer as quickly as possible.

We'd much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure you are happy with your order. If that's not possible or you can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll give you a refund.

Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged order, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, or lack of quality of the delivered product not caused by lack of quality of the content you or your customer provided, should you want to submit a new order, we will cover the costs of the new order.

Lost Orders Policy

For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Rejected by the Recipient

If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Unclaimed

If you are not able to receive their order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at your local post office or carrier pick up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. For these cases, please place a new order and get in touch with us so that we can report the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order (you will still have to pay for the shipping costs).
